Write to editor@pocketoption.radio.fm to report a wrong figure, a changed platform feature or a dead source link. We reply within 5 working days and publish the correction with its date. We are not Pocket Option support, so we cannot help with an account.
01 · Write to us
Send a correction
The editorial inbox is read by the same team that writes the pages. The most useful message says what changed, where you saw it and when:
- The page and the figure or sentence you think is wrong.
- What the platform shows now, and the address of the page that shows it.
- The date and time you saw it, since payout percentages change within a day.
- Your e-mail, so we can answer. Nothing else is needed.
If a figure is out of date, we change it, put the new reading date next to it and note the correction on the page. A correction that proves us wrong is published the same way.
We are an editorial team without a public office or a phone line. E-mail is the only channel. How your message is handled is described in the privacy notice.
02 · Limits
What we cannot do for you
We are not Pocket Option support. For anything that happens inside your account, use the support section of the platform itself.
Unblock an account
Account status sits with the platform. We have no access to it and no channel that speeds anything up.
Activate a promo code
We publish no codes and cannot apply one. Offer terms live inside the platform's cabinet.
Speed up a cash-out
Payment requests are handled by the company under its own documents. We cannot see or move them.
Advise on trades
No signals, no forecasts, no personal recommendations. The site is information, not advice.

What happens after you write
STEP 1 · RECEIVEDYour message arrives
It goes to the editorial inbox and is read by the team that wrote the page.
STEP 2 · REPLYWithin 5 working days
We check the claim against the source and answer by e-mail.
STEP 3 · FIXPublished with a date
The corrected figure goes live with the date it was read again.
For a dead source link, tell us which page it sits on; we replace it with the current address of the same document and date the change. Messages about accounts, codes or trades get a short pointer to the right place, not a long reply. If a page of ours misleads you, that is exactly the message we want, so please send it.
